Our brand new In the Pit collection.
The ring we have had so many messages and comments on - our Medusa ring.
Based on the greek mythology - Medusa was once a priestess of the Goddess Athena; cursed by Athena due to catching the eye of Athenas lover Poseidon - Medusa was cursed with a head of snakes and was said to turn men to stone. The most common interpretation of Medusa suggests she is an apotropaic symbol used to protect from and ward off the negative, much like the modern evil eye. She represents a dangerous threat meant to deter other dangerous threats, an image of evil to repel evil.
We recommend this ring to worn on an index, middle or ring finger due to the size.
This ring has been designed in house in our workshop by micro carving wax.
Made from fine .925 Sterling Silver & Hallmarked using our custom hallmark from Birmingham Assay Office.
