Order Notes

PLEASE NOTE:
We currently have an extended waiting period.

When ordering please be aware your item may take up to and occasionally go past 10+ weeks and in some cases slightly longer; so please be mindful of this when placing your order.

We are what is classed as a slow, mindful jewellery brand, which means our orders do take time. Every piece is created by us from start to finish, and lovingly handmade to order in our studio store in Derby. We are a sustainable, ethically friendly small business with a very small team who are all a part of the entire process - from design, casting, creation, finishing, marketing - we do it all in house. We create each item in small batches and send out using completely recyclable mailers and all of the packaging we use is recyclable too.

All jewellery is custom made to order and customised to fit each individual. This means made to order rings are non-refundable and non returnable as part of our policies. We class all of our jewellery as made to order. 

As such a small business we cannot accept order cancellations once the order has been placed. Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, are also non refundable. Ordered the wrong size? Please email gggjewellery@gmail.com for resize options.

Each of our designs are wax carved in store, cast and then finished by us using ethically sourced precious metals. We source all of our gemstones from ethical suppliers too.

Timings mentioned are on our part and not that of the Assay office or with Royal Mail. We will try to accommodate where we can requests for quicker turnarounds for birthday presents or gifts, please make sure to write it as a note or email us as soon as you place your order.

If the item is damaged or faulty beyond repair you have 30 days from proof of purchase to return for an exchange. 

if your order is placed and you haven’t heard from us before the 12 weeks end - please avoid emailing to ask where your order is as this can slow down the process a little bit. Resizes from existing orders - currently we do not give turnaround times on. 

We are not responsible for any delays through the assay office or with Royal Mail; If your item goes missing through Royal Mail we ask that you enquire with them. We are a team of 3 people - we will try and accommodate any requests but please bare in mind we are not a chain nor are we a large conglomerate.
